For too long, the art world has been bound by an outdated model, one that prioritises high margins and exclusivity over accessibility and community support. Yet, the recent closure of ONCA and Enter Gallery is a stark reminder that it’s time for change. We need a system that nurtures creativity within our local communities, promotes emerging talent, and ensures affordability. That’s where our upcoming fundraiser auction comes in. Can’t make it to the launch on Feb 15th? Not to worry! Whilst the auction will run silent online until March 8th, you can still bid, support and spread the word. Your support makes all the difference.

The Wait Is Over – And It’s Going to Be Legendary!
Mark your calendars, Brighton! This Saturday, 15th February at 4 PM, the doors of 80 St George’s Road, Kemptown swing open for a Speakeasy & Fundraiser Evening like no other.
Expect exceptional artwork, inspiring speaker notes and a celebration of community creativity, all while we tear up the old art-world rulebook: fair prices, real artist support and absolutely no elitist nonsense!
Join us for a Colombian-inspired speakeasy extravaganza with jazz, street food delights and signature cocktails by La Gente De Mezcal. All proceeds support affordable counselling and wellness programs for local creatives in Kemptown, Whitehawk and Hanover.
Come for the art, stay for the vibes and help shape a fairer art world. Bring your friends—fun compulsory, pretentiousness strictly forbidden! 🎶🍹
